We’re here to answer your questions
Get clear answers about visits, labs, insurance, and IV therapy before you take your next step.
01Does Elevate Health take insurance?
Elevate Health does not bill insurance for provider appointments. Our visits are cash-pay, which allows us to structure appointments differently from a traditional insurance-based medical practice.
When appropriate, we can provide documentation that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan.
02Can lab testing be billed through insurance?
Many conventional laboratory tests can be processed through insurance when appropriate.
Because Elevate Health is not the laboratory or your insurance company, we cannot predict your final out-of-pocket cost. If you plan to use insurance, we recommend confirming your preferred laboratory, deductible, copay, and coverage directly with your insurance carrier.
We also offer many laboratory tests at transparent cash-pay pricing for patients who prefer not to use insurance or when specialized testing is not covered.
Your provider will recommend testing based on your individual clinical needs.
03Are your providers Primary Care Providers?
Elevate Health is not structured as a traditional primary care practice.
Our physicians do not provide 24-hour coverage, weekend care, or guaranteed same-day appointments.
We encourage patients to maintain an established primary care relationship for routine primary care needs, urgent issues, and services requiring continuous coverage.
Our focus is personalized functional, precision, and longevity medicine.
04Can I come to Elevate Health just for IV therapy?
Yes. You do not need to be an established medical patient to inquire about IV therapy.
Our team can help you explore available options. Certain IV therapies require medical screening, physician approval, laboratory testing, or a prescription before treatment.
