Elevate Health is a small practice with a clear process, published on our About page: after gathering data (by spending more time and obtaining more comprehensive labs) we come up with an individualized plan to systematically restore and optimize health. We then continue to re-measure and adjust our plan over time.
That sequence is the opposite of a rushed visit that ends when a single lab lands “in range.” We want the story, the fuller data set, and a plan you can actually follow.
Doctor appointments at the office are not billed to insurance. We can provide a Health Insurance Claim Form for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Some lab tests can be processed with insurance; we also offer cash prices. Your providers are not primary-care providers — we do not offer after-hours or weekend coverage, and same-day appointments are usually not available.
IV therapy is available at the clinic. Some treatments require a doctor’s approval or prescription; our staff can help you choose an option and understand duration.
